Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Welcome to The Painthouse Art & Sip (“The Painthouse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking a class or private event, or participating in any activity at The Painthouse, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
General Use
By accessing our website or studio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. The Painthouse reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Reservations and Payment
All reservations for classes, open art sessions, and private events must be completed online or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices, schedules, and availability may change without notice.
Cancellations and Credits
Because our classes require instructor preparation, materials, and reserved seating, all sales are generally final. Credits or transfers may be offered at our discretion if a cancellation request is made within the timeframe listed on our website. No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits.
The Painthouse may cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor emergencies, weather issues, or other unexpected circumstances. In these cases, guests will be offered a class credit or rescheduling option.
Studio Participation
Guests agree to follow all studio rules, safety guidelines, and instructor directions. The Painthouse is not responsible for clothing damage, personal belongings, or items left behind. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone under the influence, disruptive, or behaving in a way that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Food, Drinks, and Alcohol
No outside food or beverages are permitted inside The Painthouse at any time.
Guests must follow all posted policies and comply with local laws regarding alcohol consumption. The Painthouse is not responsible for reactions, spills, or damages caused by any items brought into the studio in violation of this policy.
Private Events
Hosts booking private events are responsible for confirming headcounts, selecting project types, and communicating any special requirements before their event. Additional charges may apply for added time, premium project selections, or extra painters. The Painthouse reserves the right to end a private event early if behavior becomes unsafe or violates studio policies.
Gift Cards
The Painthouse gift cards are nonrefundable and may only be redeemed for purchases at The Painthouse. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All artwork designs, class concepts, photos, logos, written content, and instructional materials are the exclusive property of The Painthouse Art & Sip. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Website Use and Security
We strive to provide accurate information on our website but cannot guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability will always be error-free. Website outages, technical issues, and delays may occur. All payments are securely processed through a third-party payment processor, and The Painthouse does not store full credit card information.
Liability
Participation in classes and art activities involves the use of paint, water, tools, and other materials that may cause minor risks (including spills, stains, or accidental contact). By attending The Painthouse, you agree that The Painthouse, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for injuries, damages, allergic reactions, or property loss that may occur during your visit, except where prohibited by law. Certain activities may require signing a separate waiver.
Third-Party Links
Our website or social media may link to third-party platforms. The Painthouse is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.
Changes to These Terms
The Painthouse may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Thank you for choosing The Painthouse Art & Sip. Because our classes, events, and products require preparation, staffing, and materials, all sales are considered final. Please review our policies below before booking or purchasing.
Class Reservations
All class reservations (including guided classes, open art sessions, and workshops) are nonrefundable. Credits may be offered at our discretion only if the cancellation request is submitted within the timeframe listed on our website. No-shows, late arrivals, or same-day cancellations do not qualify for a credit or refund under any circumstances.
Private Events
Private event deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Hosts may request to reschedule within the timeframe posted on our website, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for changes in date, time, project selection, or headcount. If a host or group does not attend the scheduled event, no refund or credit will be issued.
Merchandise & Artwork
All merchandise, art supplies, finished artwork, and take-home kits purchased through The Painthouse are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits on these items.
Studio Cancellations
The Painthouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or event due to low enrollment, instructor emergencies, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If The Painthouse cancels a session, guests will receive a class credit or the option to transfer into another session. Refunds may be issued only if we cannot provide a reasonable alternative.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final sale and may not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Non-Attendance
Guests who fail to attend a class, workshop, or event for any reason (including personal schedule changes, illness, or transportation issues) will not receive a refund or credit.
Quality of Experience
We aim to provide an enjoyable and positive experience for every guest. However, because painting and art projects are creative in nature, The Painthouse is not responsible for dissatisfaction with a guest’s final artwork or design outcome. No refunds or credits will be issued based on personal preference or artistic results.
